➢    Training Groups, consisting of 25 clients (Groups are categorized by assessed physical ability)
➢    Monday – Thursday 1 Hour Training (Conditioning, Flexibility, Strength Training, Balance Training, Martial Arts, Meditative Healing and more.)
➢    Friday – Sunday “Weekend Warrior” and “Relaxation Therapy”
➢    Quarterly Physical Assessments to mark physical progress
➢    Clients are partnered with another member to act as each others ‘Support’
